Choose a sharp photo
Please upload an original and clear photo of your pet. Blurry, compressed images or screenshots will reduce the quality of your custom keepsake. Use the highest-quality original file from your camera or photo album.
Keep the pet fully visible
Ensure your pet’s full body, head and ears are all inside the frame. Avoid cropping key facial features, paws or body edges. A complete photo helps us recreate your pet’s unique likeness accurately.
Use clear light
Take photos under soft natural daylight. Strong backlighting, heavy shadows or dim lighting hide fur texture and facial details. Even lighting keeps your pet’s contours and colours natural.
Prepare an existing paw print
Upload a clear photo or scan of your existing pet paw print. The paw pad and toe outlines should be complete and easy to tell apart. Dark, blurry or partially cropped prints cannot be used.
